The Bar Saint Stephen's Green, Dublin, County Dublin D02 PC04

"A promising start with a perfect Guinness with a printed foam. All ruined by the food and the inexperienced manager. The place is more of a sports bar, central location and close to the city best night spots. Food - avoid. Super small portion of wings, average quality, the burger was a huge disappointment. Bland, over dry and reheated in a way that halfway was warm, halfway cold. Steak sandwich - no idea what was that on my plate. The bar comes with a comedy: at the end of the night the "manager", a character (very polite otherwise) claiming to be Australian (no idea why he mentioned it at all) blamed the kitchen for giving 8 instead of 10 wings, blamed the waiter (Bryan?) for not writing down "serve the starter first" to the kitchen. Offered to take out the wings from the bill and complimentary drink. Few moments later came and said he spoke to the "manager" and the complimentary was only the drink. No idea how they operate but this was not a good experience."

"Nice spot beside Stephen's Green shopping centre. Guinness sponsored bar. The guinness is better here than at the gravity bar and they offer a picture on top of your pint for free. Great spot to watch a match with a huge amount of TVs. It's down two flights of stairs and no lift so difficult to get down with a pram or wheelchair"

"Amazing underground pub, food was really gorgeous, pint of Guiness can be printed with your picture which is a fantastic idea, my foreign colleagues visiting me loved it. Staffs were really nice and friendly, bar man works hard and drinks came out spotless. It was a great experience at all and will get back soon. Thanks guys."

"Average at best, seriously lacking an atmosphere and for a Guinness bar, not even a great pint. Great looking bar inside, lots of Guinness related murals, old pictures and adverts etc. Would visit just to have a look around alone. Sport shown on multiple TV’s if you’re after that."
