"I love the coffee in insomnia the issue is I’ve been to numerous locations and they have inexperienced barista ‘s who give you have a cup of foam your paying for a medium and your getting under a small amount of coffee. It’s the luck of the draw what barista is serving you. I can guarantee this is losing business I’ve lost count how many it’s happened now and had to mention it."
"Lovely coffee shop and great place to wait while getting your car serviced at green mile motors. Lovely polite staff and comfy seats, books to read if bored, free wifi if working and power outlets so no dead batteries!"
"I usually don't go to Insomnia cafes because the coffee always tasted burnt to me when I visited other locations, but I had to wait in Saggart for a couple of hours and this branch was the closest and most convenient cafe. Perfect coffee, lovely and clean place; all I can say is this one must be being managed correctly, and it has changed my mind about the whole franchise - I'll happily revisit this and try other Insomnia cafes!"
"Lovely festive decor, excellent iced caramel macchiato, courteous and polite front house employees, but poor covid standards. Workers in the front of house running the register are wearing their masks and overall quite pleasant and courteous. Worker in the back of house handling shipping was not wearing nor did they have a mask on their body. There was a covid contract tracing slip sitting out near the pick up window with a person's personal information detailed for anyone to see or throw away. It wasn't a form signed by anyone in front of me in the line so it appeared to have been sitting out for a moment, but I was only in there for less than 10 minutes. The person in front of me was able to walk in, order a drink to go and then leave, without wearing a mask or ever being asked to put on a mask. If you're worried about covid safety measures I'd say get your drink to go and don't stick around or avoid this location all together."
