Reviews
"Staff was super super rude. Totally uneducated. Service is bad ,coffee machine was disgusting, they don’t even know how to make coffee. I know they are probably not owned by west wood, but if its service not getting improved, I will cancel my membership."
"Coffee machine looked disgusting. Have your employees ever received a barista training? Coffee was disgraceful and milk was burned."
"Easily the worst O'Briens / Bagel factory I have been to in Ireland and I love my sandwiches & Bagels. Extremely stingy on portion sizes & a very rude manager. If you ask for a ham & cheese sandwich you will get 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese, the sandwich is 95% bread. Wife asked for a cream cheese bagel and they only put a tiny bit of cream cheese on one side of the bagel, the other half wasn't even done. I would give zero stars if I could but the manager needs to be let go and the staff trained on how to actually make food properly."
"Staff totally uneducated and in some cases rough and arrogant. Service is bad ,coffee terrible and seriously overpriced for quality. Each time they make smaller and smaller portions. In many cases they don't have fruits to add to pancakes and some ingredients to add to salads. Time and money is waisted there!"
"It was a good experience. Bagel was fresh made, soft, tasteful. Coffee was perfect and served hot. My first time having a breakfast at famous Irish O’Briens and loved it. Thumbs up for all service, table clean and staffs friendliness."
