"Food was nice but the staff would make me not return. One particular girl with black hair was extremely rude and quite frankly completely ruined my experience. She ignored me on multiple occasions when I asked for service and she seemed to be ranting to another staff member about a problem that should not be discussed during work hours. I waited over 25 minutes for only a bowl of soup?"
"€8.95 for mini breakfast. Everything was over cooked. Latte was really good and 1 slice of sourdough bread. Expectations were high as the supermarket is great. Disappointing. Manager is nice."
"Went here today for lunch during what appeared to be a particularly busy time. Sophie and Molly provided us with great service which was professional and friendly. Our food was delicious, in particular the kinder and galaxy squares for dessert. The coffee was so smooth and everything was reasonably priced. I'll definitely go back and would recommend to everyone to try"
"Visited today for the first time since opening. Decor is so clean, modern & really classy. Prices are so reasonable, and the food & drinks were great quality! The service was at a good pace, it was very busy but the wait staff were covering all bases in a very professional yet friendly manner. I did notice some customers complaining about it being busy, and the manager did look visibly stressed and on edge, but having worked in the service industry myself for years busy is a great sign of how things are going! Hoping it stays busy, and that people remember to be a little more patient and kind to those just doing their best to serve everyone. Well done to all involved, and best wishes for continued success. Will definitely be back!"
