"Hands down the most scauldy cheap owner I have ever come across. Charged me for heating my food?? My order was wrong and when I pointed it out to the old lady who I assume is the owner I was told that I was wrong and it wasn’t her fault ( she made this clear by repeating it another 2 times) I have been to a lot of O’Briens cafes and have never had a problem with my order as I order the same thing every time, I pointed out everything that was missing from my order (jalapeños, rocket and peppers) and instead of making a new order as now this one had gone cold she just put the cold jalapeños rocket and peppers on to my bagel and brought it back to me. I refused to take it and she brought it back. I also ordered a crisp sandwich, which consisted of 2 pieces of white bread, butter and maybe a half pack of crisps and i was charged 6.5. Laughable. When she brought the sandwich over to my friend I was reassured that it was not her fault that the order was wrong, it was in fact my fault. I think this owner lives in her own narcissistic world. Steer clear but I have heard they do a nice coffee"
"Great cafe. The hot beverages are excellent. The staff is humble and good."
"Best bagels in Ireland, amazing. Coffee was good and nice looking. Pastries are nice, but a little overpriced compared to other shops. Staffs were friendly, but it took a good time (around 20min) between ordering and properly start enjoy the food given location was busy and staffs working are being small."
"Tried a bagel for the first time - chefs recommendation. Not bad for the taste paste - more so when one is offered a complimentary latte. Definitely coming back for trying something different."
"10.99eur for a boring salad check the picture, they don't even tell you the cost of each ingredient. over priced - they take advantage of their senior clients. shame on you guys you should be embarrassed.. to all the viewers I invite you to never step a foot in their premises. it's not worth it"
