"Location is great, staff are friendly, portion sizes are appropriate. Good system for ordering - pay in advance then sit down and they bring you the food based on an order number. Plenty of seating space indoors, with a nice little conservatory type area out back."
"Staff is friendly and food is delicious. The downside is that it is pricey, and for this reason, I was surprised that, after paying and getting my order, I had to come back to grab my coffee and bring it to the table myself. The place is cosy, but not too spacious. I had to move chairs around myself in order to fit a highchair - which again, I had to go looking for it myself."
"Really terrible coffee, honestly undrinkable and had to be thrown away. Overextracted to the point of being ashy and extremely bitter. Both the latte and cappuccino we ordered came with the same frothy dish-foam milk. The cinnamon swirl on display turned out to be a pain au raisin. Hopefully just an off day for them but I can't say I'll be going back to find out."
"Update: After the very hefty price increase this place has become very expensive for what it is. They explain on the poster that the increase was caused by inflation but they increased prices roughly by 20%.. It competes in prices with good restaurants in the city centre. That's a bit too much for this place.. Also, I found it to be unreliable. For a long time already the opening hours on the website are completely out of whack. Same with the info here in Google (I just suggested update on Google to correct the opening hours based on the poster on their front door). Few times I was on the way to them when I realized it's closed. Same with certain items on the menu, some are served only on Fridays and weekends but it's not specified anywhere so you might arrive planning to eat something during the week and be told on the spot it's not being done that day. It's just not organised. Also, the outside area could use sweeping and wiping. ------- Good selection of food, some with a healthy twist, which is nice. Every time I go I try something else. My partner loves the pepperoni pizza they do there on weekends. The only thing I don't fancy from this place is coffee actually... I tried it on few occasions and it wasn't that great."
