"Croissants are not fresh but twice the price. Ridiculous when on one side your trying to brand your business as a quality coffee shop but your sell yesterdays Croissants. Staff are allways nice but I've mentioned this a few times to management but nothing has ever been done. They get their Croissants delivered from Northern Ireland. How fresh can they be FGS !!"
"Nice spot but lousy service. Seems to be run by kids who are more interested in discussing the customers than actually serving them! Product produced is below standard too. Seriously, how hard is it to make a hot chocolate!! Training required."
"Very disappointing experience and not only for once but multiple times. Unfriendly staff and one should think that at least at a chain specialty drinks should have the same level of standard, but no. And if you need to tell your barista on what is missing from your drink, this is just wrong, sorry. And in case you wonder, no this was not new staff, I have seen this people multiple times, I think they just don't care. So for a fancy Frappuccino or something similar I will just walk longer and try to find a Starbucks, there I get standard good quality. I am really not impressed as this has happened multiple times now."
"Love the coffee here, customised in detail to your own preferences, and all the lovely sandwiches and cakes help too. A little pricey but worth it. The staff are so friendly and helpful, always with a warm welcome and nothing's an issue. Really like the fresh new look since it's been done up again too!"
"Very good coffee shop and lovely friendly staff"
