Reviews
"Limited menu, but the old-school staff know both what they are doing and are both friendly and polite, while the younger staff don't seem to want to know about learning people skills, which is probably just as well because they will probably have finished working there before I finish writing this!"
"This store is split /shared betweenO'Briens and 2 other food companies. Speaking for my experience with O'Briens at this store, I have found it very good. 2 female staff in particular are extremely bubbly, professional+always very very friendly. I always visit with my 15mnth old granddaughter, +we always have lovely friendly chats about her+they always chat away to her too. Also, I love their coffee, de beat Iv had yet, +I drink ot of coffee!"
"Horrible experience. One staff member in particular with blonde hair and glasses was extremely rude. Would not recommend. Very disappointing"
"Dropped in for tea and sambo lady that served me reminded me of my mam .she was lovely . Lovely staff . Great sambo x"
"Would not recommend. Went for lunch today with a friend and asked for a cup of hot water to heat my 7 month old baby her food and while the girl behind the till was happy to help 1 of the other staff members came over my shoulder repeatedly telling her we do not supply hot water to heat baby food and we do not heat baby food. When I told her i wouldn't be able to feed my baby she shoved her shoulders at me like "not my problem" I actually ordered and paid for a cup of tea to use the hot water to heat my babies food. Absolute disgraceful customer service especially for a food industry."
