"Came in for lunch the service was very slow. The person behind the counter didn’t understand English. After waiting 15 mins the wrong sandwich arrived a Triple Decker when I ordered a Triple Club. I waited another 10 mins for a fresh one which again came wrong It was suppose to have avocado spread on and didn’t instead was covered in Mayo. I ate it as I was on a time limit and was hungry. The staff need to learn the menu and get the sandwiches correct. This was a sandwich which is on the signature menu."
"First and last time visiting this place. The staff looked like they didn't want to be there. Tables look looked like they have been cleared but not cleaned down with any disinfectant. You could still see the crumbs from other customers on table. I ordered the Epic melt. Sliced ham, monterey Jack and mozzarella cheese on sourdough bread. Pathetic melt more like it. Just look at photo attached."
