"We have been here few times before. Delicious food but… today we came in for breakfast, sat down at dirty table, cleaned after 5 min, no one asked if or what we want to order. After 15 min I eventually got attention of one of the staff I asked if we can order, she nodded the head and walked off. At this stage I was getting frustrated, sitting with child and being ignored. After next few min another person came up with water and started walking away but I said we would like to order, he said oh it will be around 15/20 min I thought that’s fine. But then he said before we take an order! But he said we can have a tea or coffee. He said it will take around 20/25 min from order to take breakfast so all together 50 min! No one looked after us when we came in, no one informed we have to wait so long, the worst customer service. Gorgeous food but you need to think carefully who you put as front staff! Girl at the counter ignored me 3 times when I was asking if we can order breakfast, when I got her attention ( had to get up and stand at front of her) she walked off without saying anything. Disappointed"

"VERY strange and unfriendly atmosphere when I walked in. Asked if the place was open when I arrived as the shutter wasn’t fully open and the cafe was totally empty and was told they were so I ordered an oat flat white and a double espresso. Espresso was flat and empty of any body or balance and totally drowned in the oat milk to the point where it was devoid of all flavour. Went to sit down with my flat white and was rudely called over to by the owner/manager telling me they had assumed I ordered takeaway and if I wanted to sit in I had to ask which was just weird considering the restaurant was completely empty. The three guys behind the counter were all nice and professional but the quality of the coffee and the manager’s attitude mean I’ll definitely not be returning."

"Have been going here for many years. The quality of the food is always five stars. All the food here is top quality ingredients and the execution of each and every meal served is excellent. The eggs Benedict are fantastic and the thai noodle soup is a meal in itself when you want something full of flavour and also really healthy. Keep up the amazing work guys"

"I've been having lunch at Harry’s for a while as I work nearby. The staff are always friendly and helpful, the food is gorgeous and the the price is great as well. I recommend it to anyone. Tip: go for Thai Chicken Noodle Soup."
