Reviews
"A bit medieval, they don't give you a knife or fork to eat, only napkins... really strange attitude towards customers."
"Service is lovely and friendly. Atmosphere is nice but generally not kept very clean. Food is very expensive; €7 for a toasted cheese sandwich, €5 for a slice of cake."
"Very nice light lunch, I had a chicken baguette and caramel frappe. Service was prompt and pleasant. Food was cooked to perfection."
"The experience having a coffee here was great! The staff very kind and professional (Antonio & Elsa) and the coffee quality so good as well! I'll come back to this Costa for sure!"
"Service was painfully slow, the person at the cash register while being friendly and all that, had poor English and did not seem to know how to operate the computer screen for taking orders, this coupled with an oversized perspex protective screen (blocked your voice from been heard clearly) made ordering slow and difficult. Also a large advertising promotion poster was very misleading about price, picture showed a kit kat hot chocolate with choc bunny, cream and sprinkles and a price of €4.65, (I know on second look it uses the word "From", but its a cheap trick really, whats in the picture is more expensive then the price beside it.) apparently the cream, choc bunny, and sprinkles are all extras and the final price of the hot choc came in at €5.80. While there were ample numbers of staff, saw customers having to ask them clean tables. A small americano and hot chocolate came in at €8.90. However there was at least one female staff member who was on top of her game and came to the rescue of the girl at the cash register on more then a few occasions. There is room for improvement."
