"AVOID THIS GARAGE. The garage is under new management, and they overcharge customers. I went because of noisy suspension. The job, including the estimate, was literally less than half an hour (5 minutes estimate, 15-20 minutes changing ball joint), but they charged me one and half hours. Half an hour for estimate, and hour for the job. I don't know any other garage charging half an hour for 5 minutes estimate, especially if you do the job with them. FOR THE MANAGEMENT: Guys, overcharging customers, it's not the right way to do business and keep customers. Very soon, you'll lose customers as you lose me. There are many garages in Norwich that charge half an hour to a maximum of 1 hour for this work."
"I went garage for my car wheel algnment for fix.taken charge 50£ .fine.didn’t give me any copy of vehicle health report. **2 weeks difference ** **** I went Halfords for again check wheels alignment ,because I didn’t comportable for drive. Aftar checks told me ,no one fix wheel alignment last 10 days. Staff friendly but work not complete properly and no vehicle report."
