"If I could leave zero stars, I would. From the get go, I've had nothing but issues with this garage, who I decided to use due to others recommendations. Initially going to sort 4 different issues with my car out, they forgot about 3 of them and said they couldn't diagnose the issue with the fourth. So, they said to go back again. I did. Then again. At this point, I had been charged for 3 hours labour with nothing to show for it, before also being told that they couldn't provide wheel alignment due to my cars alloys. Due to the sheer uselessness and lack of care this garage displayed, I thought this would be the end of it, and I'd just have to find somewhere competent- until I noticed the damage they had caused to my car. When confronted about this, I was shrugged off, being told it probably wasn't them but they'd find a replacement part and try and sort something out; queue a 2 week wait and nothing heard back, and here we are. I've been left out of pocket, with a damaged car and limited time left to sort issues any half decent garage should be able to solve. The moral of this story? Avoid this garage like the plague, something I should have done from the start."
