"Took my car in for an MOT with express service. I was a few minutes late due to temporary traffic lights. When I arrived I apologised for being late however the member of staff at the front desk was extremely rude and intimidating. He told me I would have to wait for the car to be done as it would now have to be slotted in around other MOTS (albeit there was no cars parked in the MOT bays apart from mine). I left the car with them and after 2 hours I decided to walk back as I hadn’t heard anything. My car was parked in a normal parking bay, I sat and watched my car not move for 20 minutes and when I went back in was told ‘oh you’re eager’ even though my car had been ready for at least 20 minutes. I was then told it had failed due to a cut on a tyre and no liquid in the windscreen wiper (which I had checked on the way to express service and it did have liquid). I was quoted on the parts however said I will get a second opinion, he was then extremely patronising and told me I’m not supposed to drive the car away to get fixed but that he couldn’t stop me. After I had fixed the tyre I brought the car back and kept the conversation brief as I just wanted the Pass mark. Needless to say Customer service here is awful! I was talked down to and made to feel uncomfortable. AVOID using this garage! I will not advise a single person I know of to go there! Save your money for a better service."
