"Love our kitchen! Darren was great at helping us design the space and ensure we had maximum storage which was an issue with our previous kitchen. We had actually put down a deposit with another supplier but pulled out as they couldn't offer us a mantle which was a key ask for our design. No ask was too big for Darren. The fitters, Damien and Jimmy were perfectionists and showed great patience when we ran into an issue with another supplier which delayed installation. Dermot, the painter sent by Kitchen World painted the kitchen in Wimborne White from Farrow and Ball which we are delighted with. The job is perfect. Competitive prices too for those shopping around. "Myself and my fiancé are waiting over a month for them to finish a job. Rang multiple times and emailed and still no date. Told they would come out today (it’s Sunday and they’re closed) and they haven’t and more likely won’t arrive because we haven’t received a call that we were told we would get yesterday. They’re helpful until they receive your money."

"Extremely dissatisfied with this product. Gaps between kick boards. Brackets not fitted to doors. Gaps between the counter tops and the walls. Glue not fitted correctly and left on counter with gaps. Sink came with no connectors. Called the office numerous times. Told someone will call you back . 4 days of ringing and email . No call back from any staff member. Finally one staff member had to get his personal kitchen fitter to come down 1 week later. 3 times to drive to swords office office no help from staff very aggressive and defensive attitude from the two sales men. They had washed their hands of us once their payment was taken. 3.900 euro . You expect professionalism. Never again !!!"

"We bought a kitchen from the Swords branch to be installed on the 11th September. At time of writing, this still hasn't happened. Our whole experience has been disappointing and frustrating. Firstly we had to argue with the people who delivered the kitchen before they would take away our old oven which Kitchen World is legally obliged to do. Then, only some of the kitchen was delivered and installed. Martin promised the rest would be here on Wednesday the 16th, then after we rang him we were told it was now Friday 18th before we would have a fully installed kitchen. This didn't happen so we contacted the Swords branch again and we've been told it is now going to happen on Thursday 24th which we frankly don't believe. The installers told us not to use the cabinets as there would be a lot dust when they install the final parts so we have now been weeks without a functioning kitchen. Another problem we have encountered is when we brought the kitchen we specifically asked Martin would the extractor fan be vented to the external wall which he said wouldn't be a problem. The extractor fan has not been fitted correctly to the wall and no vent has been installed. We are completely fed up at this stage. We are renovating an old house and had planned to buy wardrobes from KW too but that will not happen. We will never use Kitchen World again."
