"Have bought mattresses and furniture here before. First time was years ago sold to me by a very obliging and friendly woman called Margaret (I think). Then bought bed and mattress for my Mum about 4 years ago. Having been pleased with previous purchases I returned to buy a new bed and mattress for myself. I spent over 40 mins walking around and looking at and testing various mattresses. Several customers doing the same. Not one sales person approached any of us. Actually none present on that floor. I eventually went down stairs and assumed they were busy with other customers. Nope! Just having a chat and I got a "seeyah" as I walked towards exit. Seeyah Frank I'll gladly spend my 3k+ elsewhere. Side note .....went to my Mums and looked at the brand and make after and have found it cheaper in another store despite your "sale" prices."
