"Purchased a Triton T90sr shower in this store this morning. Fitted & commissioned the shower….the shower wouldn’t heat the water. Returned the defective product to the store, B&Q won’t give me a refund insisting that I contact the manufacturer directly….they did however advise me that I could purchase another shower from them if I desired. Contacted customer care who couldn’t assist. In short this store have stolen €239 of my money."
