"The worest store ever, rude staff and manager , unespected service for famous brand the staff ,the manager make the store environment stresfull insted of looking after the custmers she trying them in rude bad unrespectful way, i never see like this in ireland, i am realy surprised how big company have this manager, i really love buying this brand but unfortunatly from my expeeince from this shop i will completly change my mind. "SHOEAHOLICS The worst experience EVER! Poor service, very rude and unprofessional staff, training communication skills must be provided for the staff! Can't believe it happened with me in Ireland! Where these employees from? Still in shock from yesterday! I hope you enjoyed yourself? Be careful that the items are not eligible for a refund but the staff do not say anything about that at the till. They do not provide the paper receipts instead they send the receipts to your email as they "care about an environment" but at the same time offer the plastic bags for extra charge (where the logic?). When I came to return the purchase Nobody mentioned that I can get a refund on a gift card, only an exchange! The shop assistant spoke to me in a rude manner! I left my purchase in the shop because I do not have any wishes to visit this shop in the future! I would like to inform the management that I give my permission to sell my purchase and donate to Ukraine! I hope you will be kind and polite to your customers in the future!"
