"BEST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER! I have ordered a couple of weeks ago 2 dresses since I had a voucher. It arrived in perfect conditions and in a couple of days. Unfortunately the size was too big and I contacted Carousel in their email address and Tom was very attentive, quick in response and very helpful: he supported me during the cancellation and return of the items as well as the voucher became valid again and the money was in my bank in less than 48 hours.
