"Today my partner went in today to buy a dress for a wedding that we are attending. I unfortunately was still working. She had a couple of lovely options to choose from. She went to the changing room and was trying them on. The dress that she fell in love with unfortunately was slightly too big. She asked the lady working there could she get a smaller size which she was informed was impossible as she had to stay where she was as she was managing the dressinv room. This was understandable but awkward as she was alone. My partner changed and retrieved the smaller size. As this was a great fit and dress she decided to take it. She had tried a number of dresses and when she returned them to the lady she was informed that she better go back and hang them up I'm the correct location as this was store policy before buying items. I personally have never encountered this from pennys to Brown Thomas staff who require them to return items while also not been helpful to staff. Would be a 1 star review but my partner loves the dress. I would recommend you have staff be helpful and not ask them to do unpaid store work especially since the store was quiet when she arrived."

"Got what I was looking for at reasonable price today and was helped by a friendly girl in shop....paying was a different story, 2-3 girls behind counter far too busy chatting amongst themselves than dealing with me and WHEN I thad been overcharged for shoes, was not believed had to show her where shoes were at correct price, credit put back on my card which won't get back forv5 working days!!extremely indifferent and off hand manners, the young girl I dealt with initially was streets ahead of them, manners wise"
