Reviews
"Horrendous experience with the Irish eComm site - avoid at all costs. Spent 800 eur on 2 Christmas gifts, unfortunately the size wasn't suitable and I wanted to either exchange the size or return the items. Flannels expects Irish customers to return the items to the UK fully as their own cost and offers no returns courier service - the cost of me returning a heavy box of shoes and expensive cost is coming out at 100 eur - outrageous. Their CX has been very unhelpful and saying they can do nothing. So if you buy something that doesn't fit - you then have to fork our huge amounts of money to exchange or refund - how is this a luxury company or service. I was so looking forward to you opening a physical store on O Connell Street - but I unfortunately will not be spending anymore money with this company. Also - just discovered that you will be liable for the customs/tax for sending back ...so even more expensive. Worst eComm experience I have ever had..."
