Reviews
"Went in on my break in desperate need for new shoes. Was served by Simone, lovely and really kind lady!"
"I like this store, but it's always busy, and sometimes catching a member of staff eyes can be slightly stressful. They display items well and easy enough to walk around and browse with some assistance with my pal. When I know what I want and take a picture, I can go home and order on line easier. Delivery is fast and not complicated."
"Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Go to a different schuh store so you’re not giving these people commission. I will never shop here again."
"Went in today just browsing and trying on a few pairs of runners. I was helped by Luke and I had to make a point of leaving a review. He is fantastic at his job. Was helpful and friendly but not pushy. He even gave me really helpful tips for my upcoming trip to Portugal. Just the perfect example of excellent customer service. I'll be back."
"Extremely poor quality items , really bad customer service , avoid this store .I have bought for my pregnant wife a pair of UGG boots in November 2016 , paid €250 and a bit more than 1 month later , after the boots were worn just a few times they looked like they have been worn for years .Also water got in from the insole which is completely unacceptable for a brand as UGG and considering the price paid .Went back to the shop and talked with a member of staff who couldn't do anything for us , talked to the manager of the store which was very rude and told me that ''the shoes were not worn properly '' .After spending 20 minutes in the store arguing about the issue she told me that she cannot do anything for me and sent us out the door .Went to the customer service desk of Jervis SC were a very nice lady rang the head office of Schuh and eventually they rang the manager in the shop .So I went again and after another 10 minutes of arguing , the manager agreed to send the boots to England so a team of ''experts'' can analyze the condition and they will decide what can be done .Of course after 3 weeks of waiting , nobody came back to me and I've received the boots back in the same condition and a letter telling me that it is our fault : ''the boots were not worn correctly'' as there is a ''proper way'' to wear a pair of boots . ...Meanwhile we had to spend another €300 to buy another pair of UGG boots from Brown Thomas as she is 4 months pregnant and she needs to stay warm . Completely disappointed and wouldn't recommend this store to anyone .Bad Bad Bad !"
