"I found some of the staff of this store to be very inexperienced, when it came to an issue I had instore. I was dealing with 3 staff members at the time, none of whom could assist me as they seemed to lack the skills and knowledge about the product I wished to purchase. I requested to speak with management. When the manager (Gillian) finally made an appearance she was incredibly rude not only towards myself but also very abrupt towards her staff whilst still attending to my issue. Whilst I understand the current times we face there is no excuse for rudeness and manners and good customer care cost nothing."
