"An awful experience at this shop. Poor customer service. I came in August to fix my iPad screen and iPhone camera. 1. The iPhone camera - I asked whether the actually camera could be fixed otherwise I would a fix a screen myself from eBay. They said it could be. The camera was still blurry when it returned. I spent £65 for this when I could’ve done it for £10 online. This I did not complain about. 2. iPad screen (£180) My iPad screen was fixed (it had a small crack across it, but it was very useable) and I collected, not double checking how well they did it. When I went to use it, I could see they had not affixed it properly and there was a gap. The next time I used it when I picked it up, a huge black line went through the entire screen (2 cm thick). When I came in to ask for a refund, they said I could speak to the manager, he took it giving me hope and said he would take to his boss. Nobody counts contacted me so I called again and they said I needed to come in. The boss had emailed me saying that it was because the lcd is broken inside and I need to pay them to fix it again. I obviously replied that I could not trust them to fix it again because since the last fix, I can no longer use my iPad as I can’t see the screen. Why did they not tell me that the lcd was broken when they first returned it? All seems very suspect. Since it worked fine before, all I can assume is that their faulty service broke the lcd and they returned it to me broken. This will now cost a lot more than a screen fix as the iPad needs replacing. Just to make things worse, the way in which I was felt with was rude by the manager. He was unkind and insisted I had broken it. Worst service I have ever received: i have never written a bad review, as never thought it was appropriate. I urge people not to use this service, it is more worth it to just pay more for a legitimate fix."

"£170 for a screen replacement but hey better then the £270, trying to get an appointment and irritation trying remember Samsung account details or getting a by now gone purchase receipt from years ago if I wanted Samsung's Norwich branch in intu to fix it. Just walked in asked do you do walk in repairs guy was nice said yes, gave the quote and time to fix, handed over the phone went away and came back after the hour wait and bang new screen and screen boarder but said needed to do back but was completely free replacement the back was. Went from having a smashed to heck top right corner with a dead pixel spot that would somehow still work but sarted messing up and self pressing anything there to fully repaired as mentioned with new screen and cosmetics with only downside being a small semi circle in the bottom left which you won't notice without being told I'd say that's an alright downside for a £170 - 1h repair. 10/10 would recommend and use again if needed. Just note if they need to replace the back be warned the glue stinks to high heaven but should set in about 30min definitely listen and don't take the bands off till its set."

"DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! I was visiting the UK from Spain and took my frozen phone in to be repaired. After 1 hour they told me it could not be repaired (which is fine, it was dropped quite a few times) so I decided to buy a phone. I purchased an iPhone 8 for 200£ which i know is a lot but I needed on for my travels. When I got home, I started making calls and the battery cut out at 20% and continued to do so for the next 24 hours. I went back in store 24 hours after purchase to report the issue and ask for a refund. They offered a repair but at this point I no longer trusted the company so politely requested a refund. This was refused. The manager came from another store and told me it’s because I had logged in to iCloud that I could not get a refund. I can not imagine this is a one off and they seemed to have every lie and excuse known to mankind and selling overpriced broken phones seems to be their business model. There are hundred of phone repairs in Norwich…do not waste your time or money with this one!!!!!"
