"Mother and Father-in-law purchased their kitchen here. Once purchased, they were pressured into paying the fitter magnet use separately. They said that they felt that if they had refused to do so.. they would've had the same fitter.. but magnet would've been paying him. Turns out they do this because the fitter is rude and once his inadequate work is done.. magnet will shirk all responsibility for snags because they paid the fitter separately. Now there are drainage issues in their kitchen.. and other little snags.. and magnet refuse to send anyone. Oh yeah.. and by the way... the fitter is a very rude and defensive man that cuts corners with his work. I will attach some pictures at a later date. WOULD NOT RECOMEND AT ALL AND WILL BE VISITING THE SHOP TO EXPRESS OUR CONCERN AT LEAVING AN ELDERLY COUPLE WITH THE ISSUES THEY HAVE BEEN LEFT WITH. AVOID IF YOU CAN.. THERE ARE MORE CARING COMPANIES OUT THERE. THESE DONT GIVE A HOOT."
