"Great service, Paul is a lovely bloke and was very understanding when it came to my budget constraints. He took the time to talk me through the issues he'd found and the solutions he'd tried, and advised me on how to keep it from breaking down again, which I really appreciated. I thought my laptop was a goner but he worked with me for weeks to get it fixed. Wouldn't have been able to afford a brand new one so he's been a massive help. Worked with me for about 3 weeks trying to figure out what in the world was wrong with my laptop, even dropped it off to me at a location 10 minutes walking distance from me since he understands it is hard to get around without a car or bike.
