"Visited Hawthorn on 13 February to discuss a major upgrade (cabinets, worktop, flooring, built in fridge freezer) to our kitchen. Emailed photos and measurements (at their request) on 15 February. Jonathan replied on 15 February with a promise to get back to me. Nothing heard until 6 March when I emailed again asking if they still wanted to quote. Jonathan replied again that day, saying he'd get back to me by the end of the week. It's now 29 March and still nothing heard. I can't comment on the quality of the workmanship!"
