"I was extremely hesitant and nervous before my hygienist appointment yesterday, having had one a few years ago at a different practice in London which was excruciatingly painful. I explained this to the Preston Park Dental Hygienist Anu who was so kind and considerate, Anu explained everything thoroughly and really made me feel listened to and calm during my appointment. Anu always checked I wasn't in any pain and made me feel comfortable to express if any areas were particularly sensitive. (which to my surprise - it didn't hurt at all, unlike before!) This appointment definitely changed my feelings towards hygienist appointments and I'll be back again. Thank you Anu!"
