The reception staff and dental nurses are very friendly. The actual appointment wasn't super thorough but it was fine and he did give me some helpful advice."

"Called to confirm my appointment time for next week to be told my appointment had been cancelled as they have no dentists. Apparently its policy NOT to inform patients until the last minute. Working in health care myself this makes no sense at all and is really poor patient experience. I've now been left in pain having to find a new dentists at the last minute."
