"Been with this practice for sometime but the removed us from the list because we didn’t comply with follow which I can arguably understand but it is TOTALLY not accepted the way the receptionist talked to my wife who has got stage 4 cancer and in need of help or at least polite guidance on what to do. Instead she gets treated in a rude and mean which definitely have devastating effect on her mental health which we are all working hard on especially that she is on lifelong chemotherapy. Looking for a way to complain but not sure to who."
