"I have always liked this shop everywhere because of the options they have with Jeans, these are always stylish and fashion. The one in Dundrum has a big sales stand for the jeans and lights, however when I asked to get a pair of jeans the assistant point me to a pair of jeans which were not the same color and then tried to persuade me that the difference in the color tone was due to the light. I think nobody in the shop could not believe what he was saying because it was so evident they were not the same model/color. So very poor staff and not helpful."
"I was in River Island with my daughter yesterday we purchased a pair of jeggings which we had thought were 35euro as she had tried on a size 10 and 12. The 10 were priced at 35euro and the 12 at 50euro, an extra 15euro for a inch on the waistband is a disgrace and I would think twice about ever shopping there again."
