"The items in store seem very nice. Very unique jumpers and jackets that you wouldn't see in the likes of H&M. However I went in with my sister and from the two female staff members, not one of them wore a protective mask. There was no protective screens at the till. One staff member stood right beside us and asked my younger sister questions on her size, proceeded to take it off the rail right beside her! If covid wasn't here, I would say thats okay. But it is and having no socially distancing or PPE is unacceptable and unsafe for both staff and customers."
"I never leave bad reviews, just letting go what's happened. But this time I just can't be quiet... Got trousers from this store on tuesday and I was not able to try them on i was told that you could always refund them if they won't fit me. As they where nearly 5cm to long for my length I was on store today to get my refund back. And very rudely girl that was working today told me that store don't do refunds and I will get exchanged or store credit.... and that's not all she could not understand why I wasn't allowed to try them on on the day.... I'm so confused about the service I got and honestly I would recommend to go far away from this store as your day will be ruined :-("
"The worst women's clothing store, I went in with my 2 daughters, the two staff just ignored us and keeps on just chatting, when asked for assistance they were irritated and did not help at all. Rude and racist staff, please avoid this store."
