"Bought this Lovely Hanging Chair wort £349, there was no stock in store so I was ok with the displayed item. The lady said they will have it disassembled in the following day and would be ready to pick up. I was working the next say so my friends volountered to collect the chair. So the dismantled pieces arrived home without the assembly instructions. I started putting the chair together and found out that one bolt is missing. I phoned the next day and the supervisor told me to bring the screw and a similar bolt. So I went to The Range Llansamlet, and much to my disappointment, he gave me this silver bolt. (Which I could have bought somewhere else). I know It fits and I could use it, like swapping the bolts so that it would not be visible. But the thing is, Thats not the type of quality that you would expect from a £349 worth of chair. I decided to keep the chair as its too much of a hassle to return. I have to disassemble it and would have to ask a friend to help me transport the item (I don’t have my driving license yet). The Chair is great, its easy to assemble and looks really sturdy. But I’m just extremely disappointed of the service they gave me. It’s like buying a very expensive item with scrap parts."
