Reviews
"Disappointing that the main factors for our visit (pool, child-friendly gym & waffle machine at breakfast) are all no more. The differentiation is now gone l,as has the reason to stay. Staff are wonderful and friendly and can't do enough, but the facilities now make it "just another" hotel in Swansea."
"The hotel is dated. It looks it and sounds like it, as the creaking floors are noisy. Although over night was quiet, from 0500 not so. The staff were really helpful and friendly and made meal times a pleasant experience. Being used to house a large number of refugees, the meal times are restricted as is the menu. The gym was a great feature. Over charged for meals/drinks at my stay, I checked the night before I left and then check out day charged extra, which I paid to avoid the argument. To be fair to them, they have refunded the over payment without any argument now. Parking was easy. Beware of a 'service charge' which is added to your bill automatically. Review has been updated."
"Went there today for a Christening reception, staff very friendly and helpful. Food came out...my god there was loads and plenty of it. All very tasty. Service a little slow at the bar but I'm not going to moan too much as it was quiet apart from our party which were mostly consuming teas and coffee which there was also plenty of. Great effort and a nice afternoon."
"The staff were so pleasant and helpful nothing seemed to be too much trouble. The rooms are clean and comfortable and because of my husband's mobility we were allocated a room with an accessible bathroom. The food, variety and quality was excellent and the New Year's eve party was brilliant"
"Have stayed here several times and always have no complaints. I travel for business and rooms are exactly what I need. Always clean and tidy with plenty of space,. The beds are comfy and even on the coldest days the rooms are warm."
