"We cannot praise Wren Kitchens highly enough. In every area they excelled, from the initial meeting we had in our home with a designer right through the whole process. We were contacted to make sure everything was being done to our complete satisfaction. The fitter was friendly, professional, and was very tidy, hoovering up as he went. There was just one problem in that one of the cabinets was damaged but this was quickly replaced. We would have no hesitation in using Wren again."
"Purchased our last two kitchens from wren and not disappointed. We're moving again soon so decided to see what's new in the range. The shop has been extended up-stairs giving more room. Several new colours and designs and well worth a look, good parking and friendly staff."
"Designed and ordered a fully built kitchen from Wren. Fantastic service from start to finish - nothing was a problem for them. Designer was brilliant in finding us the perfect kitchen design and the delivery team were courteous and professional throughout. Highly recommended."
"Edit: we had the 3rd set of cabinets delivered yesterday. All good apart from the drawers were grey inside when they should have been white like we paid for. We paid for the units to be completely built before we had delivery, they left the drawer fronts off for our fitters to put on. Worst part is, we had to arrange for our countertop to be measured up. ANOTHER 3 WEEKS. That'll be 7 weeks from the initial delivery date. We can't cook at home as our oven and hob can't be fitted until we have a counter, and who bloody knows when that's going to be. If we're optimistic we'll get it by Christmas. My wifes still heavily pregnant but it looks like we'll have the kid before we have the kitchen (due early january) joke of a Company and the generic Wren reply to this review is pathetic to be honest. Please please please avoid Wren. edit: we took delivery today of a replacement cabinet for one of the damaged ones. This new cabinet looks like it's one 24 rounds with tyson fury this time. It's in a worse state than the original. Unbelievable. Maybe we can get lucky on the 3rd? Who knows .. The staff in the showroom were great and we're really happy with them so no gripe there. BUT, our kitchen was delivered a few weeks after the original date which wasn't a problem, however, it came with missing parts AND two cabinets that looked like they'd spent 12 rounds with Tyson Fury. One smashed in and one with a huge chunk out of the corner. We phoned customer service and they assured us we'd have a replacement as soon as Wednesday (two days after the phonecall) its friday now and we still don't have an email confirmation of the order like the support team told both me and my wife (on separate calls after the pair of us chasing them up) we've now spent over 2 hours on hold over the last few days just trying to get in contact with Wren about a date for delivery but nobodys picking up. My wife is heavily pregnant so we were hoping the kitchen would be in by now but the builders are unable to start because of the missing/damaged items. It should be such a simple process when you spend over £10k on a kitchen but it's like they take your money and ignore any sort of contact. Horrendous aftercare, making a situation stressful when there's absolutely no need. If we knew this was a common occurance with Wren before hand we would have gone with Howdens who everyone recommends. Shocking."
"I wish I could give 0 stars. We have been waiting for months for our kitchen to be delivered, which is fine if it actually arrived on the delivery date. It arrived 4 days later, after my husband and I both booked annual leave for the original delivery date. And our kitchen was gutted by our builders in anticipation of the original delivery date, so we are without a kitchen, not even a sink. We ordered the highest quality cabinets (and most expensive), the Infinity Plus range. Nearly £13,000 for the kitchen, which is quite small. My expectation was for the cabinets to arrive in one piece. Well, that's clearly too tall an order for Wren. Two cabinets, one of which is the corner unit therefore where the builders would start with installation, came absolutely battered. Manufactured errors on the door fronts, caved in tops of the cabinets, drawers in a jumble. I got on the phone with customer service as soon as we noticed the damage, and I was given empty promises about our replacement units being ordered. I was told I will receive a confirmation email once they were reordered. After days of no email, my husband and I both spent hours collectively on the phone to customer service, only to be hung up on and fed more tosh by the customer service staff. It took me calling my local showroom for the order to actually be placed. And that's not even their job apparently. Fast forward to today, 3 September, 3 weeks after the original delivery date. We were given a delivery window for our replacement units. The drivers were comically late for the delivery time slot. They were short with us and basically chucked the units in our house and ran out the door. As soon as I opened the corner unit I had to burst out laughing. The top was smashed in, the drawers looked like they had been put through a tumble drier, and the MDF had countless chips and scuffs all over it. The other unit was miraculously undamaged, but had a black boot mark on the side. I suppose my expensive kitchen units are being used as stepping stools in the back of the lorry for those hard to reach places. Not to play that card, but I am 6 months pregnant and I am at my wits end. I haven't been able to cook a proper meal in 3 weeks. Our builders, who we have partially paid and are booked on to other jobs, are shocked by Wren's service. They will certainly be warning all their future customers away from Wren going forward. The most embarrassing bit is how Wren have deleted their Twitter. If you look on their Facebook and Instagram accounts, it will say "100 comments", but when you click on the comment section, there's only 10 comments there. I truly believe they employ full time staff just to delete comments from angry customers demanding to know information about their missing or damaged kitchens. The most recent reviews on here speak for themselves. I'm not asking Wren to do me a favour. I'm asking for the kitchen we are paying for. Do yourselves a favour and go with literally any other kitchen supplier and save yourself the frustration and headache."
