It turned out i was outside of the area covered, but a very lovely man spent considerable time on the phone talking me through various ways to try to open the door, it took a while but it eventually opened. I am very grateful to him and his patience, it is unfortunate that they do not cover call outs to the Chichester area,but I highly recommend them to anyone in their area"
