"Usually love this shop, until I went in yesterday and they ID'd me for dishwasher tablets and then told me to get someone else to buy them for me, I'm plenty old enough, I left for work early so I can get some as I don't get a lunch break and work school hours, this was really inconvenient, as I didn't want to get home and have to do the dishes when when I have a dishwasher, I also don't usually carry around my purse as i pay using my phone but just to mention there is no restrictions on buying dishwasher tablets as I checked on the NoIDNoSale website, and there was nothing on there to say there's restrictions, I've never had that before but that's fine I'll spend my money else where. Not to mention its really embarrassing with the long que behind me."
"For a shop that sells lots of random stuff, it seldom has what you need. Staff pretty disinterested and don’t seem to have much knowledge of their stock. HH desperately needs another DIY and home store."
