"We are extremely fussy about quality of service and products, and we believe you get what you pay for. Roger and the team at The Kitchen Store proved this in spades. Whilst their products are not the cheapest around, they sheer quality of workmanship is amazing, and the service they provide (especially the AFTER sales service) is second to none. We fully replaced our whole kitchen, and from the time of design with Roger, through to installation, everyone we dealt with was outstanding. On the rare occasion Roger was not immediately to hand to answer questions in his patient and understand way, Kevin was there to help us to our complete satisfaction. Gabby did an amazing job project managing, during such a major upheaval to supply chains across Europe and kept us informed at every step of the way, often having to patiently put up with yet another barrage of additional requests from us. We even had some last minute support from Dave, one of their installers, and he solved a few issues we had from our own installer in a fast, efficient and complete manner. Often with big projects like this, things go wrong, and a couple did go wrong (sometimes caused by us), and every time there was an issue, the team jumped in, and solved every signal issue for us, with a smile and a can-do attitude. Following visits to the store to look at the design and products was professional and on time. Dave the fitter came out and explained everything that would happen with dates, Gabby kept me up to date with progress. The team are so professional and kept to budget no upselling no hidden cost. I can not rate The kitchen Store enough Everything has run like clockwork. I am not happy with my kitchen I absolutely love it. It flows, looks georgous and I love being in there, I walk in a it makes me happy"
