"Deserves less than 1 star. Have been here a few times recently and every time I instantly regret it. They wait until you order to tell you they don’t have something, over and over. Today I ordered a wrap and the lad working simply decided it was break time and disappeared off to the back leaving one member of staff to make, chop and serve all customers in the que. Couldn’t care less that he just took our order. The staff are nothing short of a disgrace and an embarrassment to themselves, they should be on the scrap heap."

"Disappointed in chopped recently. Food not heated as young lady was rushed off her feet. Forgot to turn oven on. No longer ger doing halloumi. Not my fav place at the moment.for non meat eater."

"This place was hit and miss pre COVID. Opening hours not as advertised. Online orders not ready. Sometimes you’d order online, arrive and ask for the online order to be toasted and the staff would throw a face. Having gone to a few different chopped’s around the city you can tell the difference in quality of staff and produce and overall customer experience between the busy ones and the quiet ones. Like a lot of businesses things can get very difficult once performance starts to drop. You staff it less and those decisions compounds the already poor performance. The net result of all this for Chopped Lucan is the place in now single manned. Well at least it is from a customer facing perspective. It’s a very slow process. If you are going the single manning route at least go for experience & speed. They have a young lad in there and he can’t be much over 18 years of age. Left on his own. He’s doing all he can but he’s not quick enough. I walked out with only 1 ahead of me in the queue. There is regular walk outs. Optically the place just like it lost the run of itself. It doesn’t look inviting place to go get lunch. I wouldn’t be surprised if this Chopped location is put on the chopping block itself soon."

"Great food but the worst service in the world! Allow yourself at Least 25 minutes to get two wraps! Not to be sexist but a few of the girls are good but very few and if the male employee is on it's an absolute nightmare. Wrang in my order today and said I'd be down in 1 HOUR! When I got there the male employee told me they weren't ready and then the girl that I spoke came along and she had them made? Severe lack of communication! Management and more staff are definitely needed ASAP!"
