"Money matters more than the customer’s health. Ate here with a friend who has a serious seafood allergy and our server assured us the chips were cooked in oil separate from the fish. Came back the next night to grab another order of chips and were informed by a different server that the fish and chips are cooked in the same fryer. Went to leave and server from the previous night tried to stop us, saying if you didn’t get sick last night you won’t get sick tonight. That’s not how allergies work, and we’re lucky the cross contamination did not cause an allergic reaction the first night. Not cool to play with someone’s health and wellness so you can make a few extra euros. Just be honest in the first place and I wouldn’t be leaving this negative review."

"Lovely little hotel in Bray, cute rooms. Breakfast was good. Dinner was OK. Steak sambo not great. A lot of 18yo drinking in bar which was little off putting but what can you do. It was like junior cert night. Overall nice place"

"Nice spot to sit outside and relax looking out to the water.. chicken burger and beef nachos were not the best.. kids food was good kept them happy. Staff were really nice and kept us posted on the food"

"The food was gorgeous. Wings and Chicken Satay. Very nice I had the best steak, so tasty with pepper sauce and fries, prices are okay for Bray's restaurants, definitely worth the visit! And they offer weekend specials as well."

"Absolutely delicious food and generous portions. There was 5 of us (2 of which are fussy eaters) and everyone loved their food. I had the grilled salmon special and it was a 5 star rating from me. The salmon was cooked perfectly, the potatoes and sauce were SO good, and it had a nice side salad. Food took awhile to come out and they weren't that busy but it was freshly plated and hot when it got to the table. They have a large drink menu which I appreciated. The cocktails were good but a bit on the weak side. Staff was attentive and very friendly. The restaurant and bar it's self were beautiful and they had outdoor seating available too. Definitely will be back."
