"Terrible!!! Just paid 18 euros for the smallest portion of crispy sweet n sour chicken I have ever seen, might as well have been a sample. Then to top it they never included the rice noodles I paid for and to add insult to injury the order took over a hour to deliver. Lesson…this is how you make clients never to return"
"Canceled my order on just eat. Put me in the wait for 10 minutes. "Call again another time" - and gone. Horrible service"
"Three times on a row they have not delivered the full delivery. If I could post no stars I would. The driver was very apologetic and said the 2 lads at the shop were under pressure. It’s a shame as the food was super but it’s gone to pot now."
"We ordered two dishes. One was supposed to be a pad Thai. It was vile. It was wet rice noodles with 2 prawns and hard chicken. I can’t even describe the taste. The nuts where also wet and stuck together. Wouldn’t order again."
"Second time getting Diep from Bray. 1st time it was not long after it opened, and it was really good. Just got it again, and ordered the crispy potatoes, with the chicken wings. Both things I got last time, and loved. This time I was more than disappointed. The potatoes come with this AMAZING sauce omg it's so good. Actually so good that is the only dish I knew for sure I wanted again. The pot the sauce came in was half the size of last time...which probably could be fine, except it was only filled 1 third...there is no way that is enough for that amount of potato. No where near. I ended up using all of the sweet chili sauce, which was meant for my chicken wings, just to cover the rest of the potatoes that were left over after the shiracha sauce was gone. And just to note, as I saw from the start there was not enough of that, I used as little as possible for each potato, to make it last as long as it could. So potatoes are now finished but so is the siracha and sweet chili. Move onto the chicken wings. They are bland and a bit dry. Would have been OK, if I had the sweet chili....now gone as used for the potatoes. We called to complain, at the very least to give feedback, to hope it doesn't happen for other ppl. And kindly they offered to give us free potatoes on our next order. Shame there is, that doesn't help us now, and unlikely that we will get another again. Also, my son got the kids satay, and barely enough sauce for that too, ended up throwing away most of his rice.!"
