"Similar experiences to Nicole Gray above. This was a couple of years ago at my brothers 21st. Food not nice, came out in staggered times , some people had food while others waiting. When they got their food , mine was done etc. customer service wasn’t great either. My brother also had a fly frozen in his ice. I also at a different time called up regarding a gluten/dairy free afternoon tea type experience that we were told was fine because a voucher was bought for us. We were told no that that was ridiculous and the person on the phone was rude. Wouldn’t recommend at all. Reviews seem to state people have been sick. Not surprised. A lot can be said for the way responses are handled . What happened to the customer was always right?"
"After a cold long walk from greystones to bray we stumbled into this cafe to have an amazing full irish breakfast. It was amazing . Full of flavor and prepared to perfection. And tge details ... normally the little butter blocks are hard and you destroy the bread .. but the butter was soft . Fantastic food"
"I'm just leaving my review here again, as they removed it last time, saying it was fake. Again, this only proves my point of how bad their customer service is, instead of apologizing and trying to win back a client, they prefer to not take responsibility. Also, adding to my previous review, they said the manager would call me back the next day to issue a refund for the order, and as expected, I never received a callback. The order was made under Conor, order number is 2651- Hope you won't delete it again and say it was ''fake'' My review: The absolutely worst delivery system, took 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered. I called the restaurant 3 times in the meantime and they kept telling me the pizza was on the way. After 2 hours of waiting the pizza arrived, cold and mushy as expected. I called the restaurant again and experienced terrible customer service, they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do about it. Very disappointed with the whole experience. Their response: Hi Renata We do not have any orders in your name for yesterday and we did not have any pizza deliveries at all. Your review is fake and it has been reported."
"Pros: The New York Cheesecake was really delicious and enlightening for two to three people Cons: You need to book a table if you want to order the shared plate + The seats could be more cleaner. Update: The staff told us if you want the "AFTERNOON TEA €45", we have to book."
"Excellent food, service and views. Beautiful music playing on the terrace as you dine. Lovely, polite servers and counter staff. Be back again soon!! Ask for the Raffaelo cake... amazing! Coffee is the best locally. Recommended."
