"Ordered at 7pm turned up at 8:20pm . Opened the box and it was the wrong pizza and the pizza was stuck to the lid. Phoned for a replacement pizza and to make sure its the right one at 9:20 phoned to see where it was and he said your not having it o don't care and hung up . Avoid this place with all costs rip off customer service is atrocious and I paid for a pizza and didn't get it and they have kept my money. Bunch of muppets"
"Absolutely disgusting! Pizza swimming in grease and literally dropping from it as you pick it up. Phoned the store to have the phone put down on me twice by the manager who hasn't been trained on refunds (or customer service) used ione webchat got nowhere woth that either. I will never use pizza hut again! Ever!"
"I have order pizza at 20.40 and the pizza suppose to come at 21.21. Wait until 21.31 and he call Pizza Hut. The guy said will be another 20 minutes. We wait until 22.00 and the guys told us that he still waiting for the pizza come out from the oven. We would like to cancel and the guys told us to cancel it online. We call again and the guy again refuse the give his name and hang the phone few times on us. Children have to go to bed without food because by 22.30 we couldn’t order food from not another place. Last time we order with Pizza Hut definitely"
