"Have used Topolis loads in the past, excellent value and quick delivery. Tonight I ordered through UberEats and received a wrong item. I called to ask for a replacement, and thought I had clearly communicated the wrong item. When the food was redelivered, it was the same wrong item again, that wasn't even on my original order! I called back and spoke to someone different who said he would send a replacement. Then, a minute later, the first chap I spoke to called back and told me off. Apparently I had lied to him? I explained that I had told him which item was wrong, he disagreed and said that I had told him that was the item I said I hadn't received. I acknowledged that maybe we had gotten our wires crossed ( its noisy in the restaurant, and probably quite hectic too) and just asked him if he could send the correct order. He refused, claiming he'd already sent wings and I was a liar and a scammer. He then told me he was cancelling the order and put the phone down on me. Not happy with being spoken to like this in the slightest, I understand mistakes happen but to send a dish I didn't order twice is real incompetence. I shan't be using Topolis again."

"We came from Rhondda to buy lunch here but at 13.15 the door was locked. There's no excuse for failing to update your opening hours in here, shame on you. Fortunately, Oasis kebab shop was open a couple of doors away so we spent our money there instead, and it was delicious."
