"Not all but a lot on here would be letting the driver or the person who delivered your food, the discomfort that is usually 100% not their fault! It's not like they pull over somewhere and just let the clock run over. They're delivery drivers/riders, if they're good it would take them 10-15 mins to get to the furthest delivery point away from the shop. So you take that amount of time, double it (that's being generous) and the rest of your waiting time is the issue of the shop. Have an issue? If suggest calling the shop manager repeatedly till they take you seriously. The food I had was standard, nothing special but with the just eat app it was auto pilot all the way, easy to order and pay"
