"Ordered pizza for collection (they did not look busy), got home and it was rock hard, even the ends of the slices curled up. I thought of reviving it by heating it up, nothing worked. It just looked and tasted like days old pizza. Sixteen euro down the drain, Never Again."

"We ordered pizza from here, as it's menu was at the guesthouse that we were staying at. Pizza was alright, service was atrocious. We waited for about an hour and a half for our pizza to be delivered and had to use the owner of the guesthouse's phone to enquire about it, as we didn't have any reception. Turns out they'd cancelled our order because we supposedly weren't in their delivery range, despite them already taking our money. The owner of the guesthouse told us that we were actually all of 2km from their store and they'd delivered here before. She took over the phone call and about twenty minutes or so later came out to tell us that her husband was going into town to pick it up. Apparently, she'd had to fight with them for it to be made at all. Don't know what they were going to do about giving our money back - probably nothing. Not a great first impression of Ireland."

"Delivery driver didn’t bring any change and asked me to come with him in his car to the shop to break the 20€ note I gave him. Had me standing by the door for my change for 30 mins then when he arrived back he gave me the wrong change. Bell is broke so had to eat my food standing by the door waiting for him. I wouldn’t mind but the pizza was made cheap (thin and few toppings) and the sides were only half the full portions. New owners haven’t a clue how to run this place would sadly recommend a dominos instead. - bad quality food and bad service!"

"Pizzas are lovely. However, we ordered pizzas worth 300 euro and we got the wrong pizzas and missing one pizza. When called to sort this out, the staff was very rude and made some sketchy allegation. Will never be ordering from here again. Extremely poor customer service."

"Would have ordered from here a bit as liked their pizzas and good deals regularly. But no more. We pick up as live close enough and delivery takes far too long. But we have been given the wrong pizzas too many times now. And had to reorder and it then takes over an hour to get the correct order often leaving us with nothing for the kids to eat as they wont eat whats on the incorrect order. When you do call to sort it out I got bad attitude and extremely rude staff member on the phone. I will never order from them again . An incorrect order is forgiveable but being spoken to in such bad manner is not. Delivery drivers are polite esp given the task of delivering the recorrected orders hours late. However one also knocked on our door at 2am looking to deliver pizza to a wrong address. Avoid."
