"Really disappointed in the food here. Ordered to collect as I know they never have space unless reserved beforehand which is fair enough. Got the food after waiting in a line. Opened the box up to see this burnt pizza. I know they said it was thin and crispy but this is way beyond just that. The crust was pretty inedible. The actual base was actually paper thin as well so you don't really get the pizza value for what you're paying. The dip was also weird, like it had congealed and it wasn't very nice. I usually quite like Milano but maybe just not at this location."

"Such amazing food but nothing compared to the hospitality of the staff. From the moment we walked in until we left 5 star service. Pedro the manager was warm, friendly, courteous, welcoming, attentive... I could go on but I'll bore you! End of story is go here if you want to be cared for throughout your dining experience"

"Absolutely horrible experience. Booked a table for myself and my daughters with a note asking for a table in a nice area. One of them had birthday and she loves pizzas. Never visited this branch, so decided to give a go. We had a fantastic day full of surprises and last point on our list was Milanos, which totally ruined the evening. We waited about 5 minutes prior someone came over and offered a sit, which was right beside the entrance. I got a feeling this area is totally unmonitored and no one paying attention to it at all or try to skip it at all costs! All staff was hanging out beside the chefs counter and down the far end. No drinks offered at arrival and order was finally taken 20 minutes after arrival. Just to mention place wasn't too busy and plenty of staff was available, however no one bothered even to look down our end. I said we want all food as soon as its ready. Girls had dough balls for starters, I ordered main. After 30 minutes of waiting for a main and after I successed to get waitress attention following multiple attempts, I was told that chefs forgot to put pizzas in the oven and food will be ready in a few minutes. OK, it finally arrived within 5-10 minutes (1 hour following our arrival time). Kids were exhausted and starving. Waitress approached and asked if the food is OK as soon as we touched our food. Once she left it came up - its not OK, my pizza looked great from the top, but was totally burned from the bottom. I had last meal at 13 and after waiting almost for an hour to get my pizza, I simply couldn't afford to wait another 30 minutes (at least if no one forgets about it) for another pizza. I called the manager on duty, showed almost a half of my pizza which was left at that stage and said I ate it because I am starving and not ready to wait for another meal any longer (of coz I regret afterwards, as my stomach was killing me). She said she's really sorry about it. I will skip the desert part, where again I was struggling to get someone's attention. Finally I asked for a bill (arrived within a minute). You won't believe it - 0 discount was given for such experience and food! Pictures of gorgeous pizza and bill for it attached."
