"The worse customer service I have ever experienced! Awful replies - and when they do, emails are very unhelpful full of spelling mistakes and poor grammar. Refuse to refund for unopened gifts purchased less than 48 hours before! Apparently, for customers who come in-store rather than ordering online - refunds are not an option... doesn't make sense. I got told in store if i contact customer services they will issue me a refund... We accidentally ordered two, so would like a refund for the one we don't want. Money is still in their company so I can't work out why refunding is not an option. DO NOT SHOP HERE - seen many more 1 star reviews of unhappy customers!"
"Absolutely disgraceful customer service. My Dad who has severe dementia bought a nice necklace as a Christmas gift for my mum. It was a really big deal for him to go out and buy it. When my mum opened the gift she discovered that the chain had both sides of chain clasps missing. She returned the necklace to the shop only to discover they were totally uninterested and refused any help. They refused to replace it and refused to give a refund or repair it. It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced."
