We were invited in to look at some models I mentioned I liked and another gentleman (unfortunately I did not catch his name) offered me and my fiancé a drink without us being sat down, in a discussion or anything which was most appreciated. Will was very knowledgeable, friendly (which to me is paramount to my impression of a brand) and down to earth as was Laura. They stayed to help me narrow down to my favourite choices. My fiancé and I were treated, fantastically and I cannot stress that enough.
