"Was a great service on the two or three occasions I took my dog to them. Was happy with the deposit I had to pay. Even took my dog over short notice or early as they had dogs not turn up! What I found only worthy of 2 stars is the fact I lost my deposit for an emergency that was out of my hands (hospital visit) and received a call telling me I was meant to be there, explained what was happening and was told I’d loose my deposit and would need to pay again to book my dog back in. When I questioned that this wasn’t something I could control was told management would call…..6 months later and numerous calls but not answered (I understand may be busy grooming) I’ve now taken my dog else where."
"The first time I took my sprocker he came back with lots of tufts and a very uneven tail. Gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were rushed and tried again, big mistake. They've scalped his ears, again lots of tufty bits and his beautiful blond 'Trump wig' is now a little mirkin that looks something akin to Gregor Fishers Baldy Man. Whatever cut it was, it was not a Springer Standard . Will not go back again!!!"
"First and last time at this groomers. Friendly staff just a shame the groom was not great. Have made my dog look ugly. Will be going back to the groom room. Face was unsatisfactory the first time. Then I showed them a picture of what I wanted. Pics what I wanted Vs what I got."
"Not a good haircut for my dog. Did not do hygiene stuff. Very disappointed! As well as the hygiene not carried out he trimmed the hair on my Yorkies nose. As you said you can take it off but not put it on! Here is the picture I showed them what we wanted next to a picture of what she looks like now! Close? Maybe not!"
"I have taken Milo my Sprocker Spaniel here every 10 weeks for the last year. Each time I am more than happy with the complete grooming service they provide. If I need something looked at , like cleaning the wax out of my dogs ears because his ears have been bothering him, they give special attention to that. The owners are not only dog friendly but people friendly too. Making use of their discount voucher after every 6 visits us super helpful too."
